Sports Booking Form and Conditions

When you make a booking you sign a booking form accepting the conditions of the agreement between you & Dawson Travel Ltd.

Payment must be made in full 8 weeks before departure.

The following cancellation fees will apply:

More than 6 weeks before departure any deposit will be forfeited.

Within 6-4 weeks of departure: 30% of the cost of the holiday is forfeited.

Within 4-2 weeks of departure: 45% of the cost of the holiday is forfeited.

Within 2 weeks - 72 hours of departure: 60% of the cost of holiday is forfeited.

Within 72hours of departure: 100% of the cost of holiday is forfeited. All cancellation charges apply to each person covered by a booking.

Any insurance premium paid is non refundable.

Payments made by credit or mastercard are subject to a 2% administration fee.

Alterations by the Organiser

• The organiser reserves the right to alter, change, curtail or cancel a holiday.
• If as a consequence of circumstances beyond the control of the organiser.
• The Organiser is obliged to curtail, alter, extend or cancel a Holiday; the consumer shall not be at liberty to maintain a claim for compensation.
• Or otherwise for any loss arising as a consequence of the said curtailment, alteration, extension or cancellation of the holiday.

Insurance

It is a condition of booking with us that you take out our special insurance or arrange another policy that provides you with as much or more cover. If you do not take our insurance we require you give us details of the alternative insurance you have arranged. As cancellation cover applies immediately no refund of premiums can be made. We believe our insurance is adequate for most people, but if you need extra cover for other risks or if you want to increase the amounts it is your responsibility to arrange extra cover.

Liability

The organiser accepts full liability for the proper performance of its obligation under the contract with you for the provision of your package. The Organiser shall not be liable for any damage caused to the Consumer by failure to perform the contract or the improper performance of the contract where the failure or the improper performance is due neither to any fault of the organiser or Retailer acting on the Organiser’s behalf nor to that of another supplier of services.
